Leadership Empathy Coaching
10 Session Curriculum Course
This transformational coaching series is for leaders ready to go deep. Through a curriculum rooted in empathy, emotional intelligence, and identity development, participants will examine their leadership values, confront implicit biases, and strengthen their capacity to lead with courage and compassion.
Leaders will explore their identities, challenge rigid patterns of thought, and repair their relationship with conflict. They will learn to apply empathy as a powerful and strategic leadership tool in real time.

As the series progresses, each experience is tailored to the unique goals and context of the leader or team. Participants will develop the skills to assess needs, navigate fragility, co-create inclusive environments, and actively interrupt behaviors and norms that perpetuate harm.
